Dear wonderful students and families,
First of all, know that I am still praying for all of you and I hope you will pray for me and my family as well.
I have now updated this site with assignments.
All of today’s assignments can be accessed through Microsoft Teams. Please give the Teams assignments a try and let me know if you have trouble accessing them. You should still be checking the webpages at this point, but we’ll work on transitioning more to teams.
Please let me know if you are having trouble accessing content. We will get through this together and I look forward to getting back to the classroom as soon as possible. And yes, you should still remember, in the words of Gene Kranz of NASA, “Failure is not an option!”*
Please see the links to the left for specific information about your classes. If you have any questions, please email me. I will be checking in at school from time to time so if you call and leave me a message I will get back to you as soon as possible.
Remember, you are NOT required to print assignments. If I ask you to write in your Language Arts notebook, please do so. For other written work you can:
- Write your answer on a piece of paper with a heading that includes your name, number in the upper right-hand corner, and the title of the assignment. (Don’t worry about LO or SLE unless I tell you to.)
- Do the same as the above but in a Word document through your 365 account. Be sure to save these documents using the title of the assignment so you can access them easily later.
Assignments that were turned in last week for 2nd trimester will be graded and in PowerSchool by Thursday, March 19th.
*Yes, I do realize that if we are historically accurate Krantz did not use these words at mission control during the Apollo 13 mission, but later in an interview. Still, while there are many options in our class, failure is not one of them.
